September 2014 - April 2015 (8 months) Olst- Working on the Scope of Work (SOW) for two projects: Project Stages (FED) with purchase of 2 Re-Nester Carrier machines for Syringes including cGMP guidelines ( Annex 11) and required process control (IPC) GAMP (Good Automated Manufacturing Practice) EMA (European Medicines Agency) & Lean Design (DQ) Feasibility study of a new packaging line with the following project phases: the initiation and conceptual phase, utilities, buildings and logistics, detail phase and cost estimate, automatic blister and cartoner packaging line with case packer & palletizer system, tracking & tracing of the packaging materials and components with the required process control (IPC), serialization and aggregation (GTS Global tracking System & MTS Master tracking System) systems, this according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice ) CRF 21 Part 11, GAMP (Good Automated Manufacturing Practice) EMA (European Medicines Agency) and Lean Design (DQ)
