Optimization Canning line with new leaflet inserter, Sticker Applicator and automatic Inline Wrapping installation for shippers also NMDB process powder handling.

2012 & 2013

Support new project Bag in Box (BIB) included powder handling (pneumatiek transport and equipment) FAT off-site and SAT onsite, including Installation , Operational and Performance Qualification, (400 gr-600 gr Pouches) validation summery reporting , etc ) validate and implement according to the GAMP mythology Perform all maintenance work required to maintain operation of plant and process areas with minimal downtime (Early Equipment Management) Canning Line: New X-Ray , responsible of Validation Master Plan (VMP) Report for FAT /SAT and installation (according to GQA/QA).

2014

Project Manager of Debottleneck Canning Line Installed in 12 day a new designed Canning line according to the GMP and new standard in the dairy In scope and key activities, • Buffer for pallets with empty cans; including facilities to strip foil from pallets for pallet heights • De-palletizing • Can cleaner and heating supply for empty can Page 8 of 12 • Quality inspection of cans with automatic reject • Cans transport and transfer • End/lid handling and cleaning supply • Vacuum & gassing system • Capping equipment • Communication with overall line control system and Intelligently controlled • FAT and SAT • Including commissioning and start-up (ramp up time 2-3 week)
